Murderer Role Guide

The Murderer kit in ALL CHROMAS GAME is a chroma knife and a twelve-player clock. You win by clearing the lobby before the Sheriff lands a hipfire. You lose by announcing the blade in a crowd, throwing down a hallway a gun is holding, or turning a last-second hunt into a fair 1v1. This page is the win plan. Inputs are on Controls. How Innocents group and how the gun actually drops are on the other role pages.

The experience has been live on Roblox since 30 July 2026. Rounds are online, free, and capped at twelve. There is no split-screen Murderer practice mode. Your reps are live lobbies.

Isolate, then melee

Your default kill is a corner melee, not a cinematic throw. Walk with the pack until one innocent peels toward a side room, a stair, or a dead-end prop. Follow one player, not two. Swing once. Leave the body. If a second Innocent is already in the doorway, you do not have an isolate — you have a witness. Abort, holster, and pick a different hallway.

Isolation is a pathing skill. Cut through interiors instead of chasing in the open. Sprint only when the target has already committed to a run; Shift from a standstill in a crowd is a tell. Space-jumping at people is a tell. The players who survive as Innocent are listening for those tells.

Hide the knife

The chroma knife is readable. Confirmed Season 1 blades — Deathshard, Fang, Heat, Saw, Seer, Slasher, Tides, Gingerblade, Boneblade — all advertise “this person is Murderer” the moment they sit in your hands in a group. Holster in crowds. Draw around the corner, not ten steps before it. If you like a loud silhouette (Heat, Tides), you must be even stricter about when it is visible. If you like a small silhouette (Deathshard), you still holster in the pack; small is not invisible.

Do not emote with the blade out. Do not inspect skins mid-round in a doorway. Cosmetic flexes are for the lobby after a wipe. Rank skins on knives when the round is over, not while an Innocent is watching your hands.

Throw leading shots, not panic flicks

A throw is for a target already running a straight line: a long floor, a bridge, a stair they cannot strafe. Lead the body, do not aim at the back they already left. Click or hold to throw — same family as Murder Mystery 2 clones — then move. Standing still to admire the arc is how a Sheriff hipfires you.

Do not throw as your first action of the round. Do not throw into a cluster. Do not throw when you have not isolated. A missed throw is a disarmed Murderer in a twelve-player server. Recover or wait the return, but treat the window as a death timer if the sheriff still holds the gun.

Melee remains the high-percentage tool. Throws are the converter when someone is already gone. If you are throwing more than you are meleeing, you are advertising.

Avoid long hallways versus Sheriff

A living Sheriff wants a long sightline and a panicked sprinter. Do not give them that 1v1. Break line of sight. Take side rooms. Approach from a second door. If you know who holds the gun, hunt Innocents on the other side of the map until the Sheriff has to move. A Sheriff who walks into your melee range is a Sheriff you can win. A Sheriff who holds a football hallway is a Sheriff you walk around.

If you do not know who the Sheriff is, assume every unarmed player might pick the gun up later and every armed player is already a problem. Watch hands. Empty hands are Innocent until a drop. A chroma gun is the Sheriff until they teamkill and drop it.

Shooting is not your job. If the gun hits the floor because the Sheriff hit an Innocent, you may walk-over or press E and steal the pickup — same family as Murder Mystery 2 clones — but only if the steal is free. Fighting an Innocent and a Sheriff over a floor gun in the open is how Murderers donate the round.

Last-second hunts

Late round is two or three people and a lot of information. This is where greedy Murderers die. Do not run a highlight chase across the map if the Sheriff is still alive. Collapse the map. Cut off the route back to the group. Force the last Innocent into a room with one door, then melee. Save the throw for the moment they commit to an exit line.

If the last opponent is the Sheriff, you are in a knife-versus-hipfire fight. Jiggle corners. Throw only after they waste a shot or after they peek a second time on the same angle. A first-peek throw down their held hallway is a gift. A last-second hunt is patience plus one clean swing, not a montage.

When the lobby is empty, then you inspect Gingerblade. Until then the win is a quiet wipe, not a twelve-kill tour. Queue the next online round in the same server and drill isolate-hide-lead again. Codes are not confirmed as of September 2026 and will not make the knife hit harder anyway.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

How do I win as Murderer in ALL CHROMAS GAME?

Isolate one player, melee, hide the chroma knife in crowds, throw only as a leading shot on a straight run, and refuse long hallways against a living Sheriff. Role tells for survivors are on innocent.

Should I throw the knife at round start?

No. Open with holstered walking and a corner melee. Throws are for targets already running a line you can lead. A miss disarms you while the sheriff still has the gun.

Which chroma knife should I equip?

Any confirmed Season 1 blade uses the same melee and throw. Pick a silhouette you can hide and still read. Compare skins on knives after the round, not during a chase.

What if the Sheriff drops the gun?

You may pick it up with E or a walk-over if the steal is free. Do not contest the floor in a hallway. Gun-drop rules from the other side are on sheriff.

Is Murderer a split-screen practice role?

No. ALL CHROMAS GAME is online twelve-player multiplayer. Practice is live rounds on Roblox, free, since 30 July 2026.
